Ingredients

  • 2 nos onion


  • 1 cups maida


  • 1 tsp chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 cups oil

Directions

  • Chop onions in thin pieces on a chopping board and keep aside. Take a bowl and mix maida, chilly powder and salt along with water in order to make a batter. Keep mixing till you achieve a semi-thick consistency.
  • Heat oil in deep bottomed pan on medium heat and deep fry small portions of the prepared onion batter in the oil carefully.
  • Take them out on an absorbent paper once the fritters turn golden brown in color from all the sides. Serve hot with ketchup.
